Course Description

In the last couple of years there has been a great deal spoken about the impact of COVID on small business owners' wellbeing and mental health.

The world has really moved on since COVID, however the pressures and stressors small business owners are experiencing have not gone away or even reduced. They have simply changed and in some cases increased.
This webinar is a very important opportunity for you to take a break and put your wellbeing first.
October is Mental Health Month, so this is the perfect time for this session to shine a spotlight on mental health.

As small business owners, you are used to everything else being a priority but during this session, you will realise that the most important thing within your business, is you!
