Discover the essentials of hormonal (menstrual) migraines, understand how they relate to the menstrual cycle, recognize signs of hormonal imbalances, explore factors contributing to these imbalances, and learn practical lifestyle strategies to support hormonal health and reduce migraine frequency.

Beth, a dedicated Senior Osteopath, is committed to alleviating chronic headaches, migraines, and related conditions. Inspired by her own battle with chronic daily headaches and migraines, she explored holistic approaches and treatments. Beth treats patients in the clinic, specializing in vestibular disorders and post-concussion syndrome. She uses hands-on techniques and provides advice on posture correction, ergonomics, sleep, stress management, lifestyle, and nutrition. As a Certified Watson Headache Practitioner, she shares her expertise through seminars, workshops, and her role as a Supervising Clinician at the RMIT Student Health Clinic. Outside the clinic, Beth enjoys skiing, reading, gym, spending time with her husband and two cats, and holds a 3rd Dan black belt in taekwondo.
